The Indigo Phoenix Foundation is a veterinary created not for profit with the mission & purpose preventing animal cruelty and homelessness in communities by providing low cost and free pet-related education to the public. They are a 501c3 non profit and have several educational programs available for the community. One program is the Fostership Program for Adoptable Pets which provides an educational healing opportunity for both foster and rescued pet.
